Our work together is highly intentional and begins the moment you move forward. Whether you’re reviewing this before signing or have already executed your agreement — this page is your reference for everything ahead.
Onboarding — getting to know you.
Once your agreement is in place, you’ll complete an intake form so we have meaningful context before your onboarding session. From there, you’ll schedule a video call with your matchmaker or dating coach for an in-depth conversation covering your lifestyle, values, relationship history, and who you’re looking for. It typically takes 2–3 weeks from when you complete your onboarding to when we’re able to send your first presentation.
The intake form lays the groundwork so your onboarding session can go deeper. Your matchmaker’s notes become the foundation for every introduction we make on your behalf.
Matchmaking — high-touch and human-led.
We match by committee — your search is thoughtfully managed by our entire team of matchmakers, not a single point of contact. Madison Ward leads the team and remains available for strategic insight throughout your journey. Together, we activate our network on your behalf, drawing from a proprietary database and decades of curated relationships.
We may also extend beyond our active network to identify highly aligned individuals who may be an exceptional fit for you.
Presentations & Matches — defined.
Before any introduction, you’ll receive a written profile and photos of a potential match. You decide whether to move forward. If there is mutual interest, we exchange contact information so you can connect briefly by phone before meeting in person or virtually. A Presentation is a candidate who meets most, if not all, of your criteria and wants to meet you. A Match occurs when both parties move forward and meet face-to-face.
We prioritize quality over volume. Every person we bring you has been carefully vetted and intentionally selected with your alignment in mind.
Feedback, calibration & flexibility.
After each date, we collect feedback from both sides. When you’re ready for another presentation, we get back to work.
Pause your search anytime, for as long as you need. We maintain your account while you’re on hold — just keep in touch.
If you no longer need remaining introductions, you’re free to assign that value to someone else suitable for our service.
